Alina Hart, Esq.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ms. Hart's educational journey led her to remarkable achievements. In the year 2000, she graduated with distinction, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics. Her thirst for knowledge propelled her forward, and she embarked on a path that culminated in a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, which she successfully earned in 2003. Throughout her law school years, her passion for aiding underrepresented communities became evident as she served as an Equal Justice Works fellow with Farmworker Legal Services of Michigan and later as a Certified Legal Intern with Legal Services of North Florida. The inception of her legal career took place within an in-house law firm catering to an automobile insurance company. For the subsequent 19 years, she passionately represented insurance carriers and their insureds, skillfully navigating the intricacies of litigation. However, 2023 brought about a significant transformation in her professional journey, as she transitioned to representing the injured and guiding them through the challenging terrain of litigation while staunchly advocating for their rights. Beyond her legal pursuits, Ms. Hart dedicates her free time to her husband, two children, and their cherished Old English Sheepdog.
